Orders may take longer to arrive due to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience and support during this time.
Our processing time is usually 4-5 days, not including holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 6 days. Please keep in mind processing an order and shipping is two different processes. When shipping labels are created, "your package has been shipped email automatically generates" please give the system 48 hours to update. Shipping is usually 2-6 business days, depending on the carrier chosen.
International shipping may take longer
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.
All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. We recommended insuring the return and getting the tracking information.
